We eliminate the need for counsel's support staff to copy and mail depositions to consultants, experts, co-counsel. We arrange transmission in E-Transcript format of all proceedings, as well as access to our repository where all transcripts and exhibits reside immediately upon completion.
We also review with counsel the "need" to utilize realtime AND expedited transcripts. We suggest using roughs when appropriate to either eliminate expedites or reduce expedite turn-around timeframes. This can substantially reduce the overall cost.
