The finished product is a perfectly integrated presentation of both elements within an interactive, self-executable viewing environment. Upon inserting the Publisher Bundle CD into your CD-ROM drive, the viewing environment will automatically open and list the contents of the bundle. You will require no additional software to thoroughly review all of the transcripts and exhibits. You can choose the level of exhibit identification, whether you want the exhibits OCR'd for further word searches. We can establish hyperlinks between exhibits and where they are marked and referenced in the transcripts. These links remain active if the Publisher Bundle is imported into RealLegal Binder.
As your case progresses and additional depositions are held, you can request updated Publisher Bundle CDs. Your first Publisher Bundle may contain four days' worth of discovery, while the third Publisher Bundle may contain three weeks' worth of transcript and exhibits. The compact bundle is a software-independent way to transport and archive case materials.
